Description

....Is a totally awesome album by The Showdown (metal) and you all should listen to it. Empire of Graveyards = epic win.

And with that in mind, this was created. Tad old now (started at the end of July) and got stuck on the bg.

I don't love it; but I can't find too much to hate about it. Wanted to try just using black (and a little blue and red). I think I'll experiment with using EVERY COLOUR IN MY POSSESSION next time. Why? 'cause :iconpsychedelicstorytime: is so incredibly awesome at doing something like that, that she makes me want to go COLOUR EXPLOSION too :meow:

So uhm, yeah. Peinchii in... cyber punk?

Aw hell yah.

Critique requested. :'D

I love how proeminent the front gear feels, with the slight cracks and all. I would say, to balance it out, maybe the gear on top (which if I understand right is behind and above Peinchii) should also be a bit darker. Again, just to balance the darkness out. ;D

I do love the background, it gives the feel that she escaped of a lab or something, and the loose cable is a very sweet detail! Loving the mecha sort-of style in her hair, arms, hairpins and the devilish wing (but I love the arm the best, it's so well done with the bolts and the gears). The angelic wing feels a tad out of place, but I know what the sentiment was and it's totally doable. My one suggestion would be maybe a bit more of shine in the scythe (A scythe! Hadn't seen a well-made one in ages, happyhappyhappy!), unless you were looking for a glassy look. If it's not a glass scythe, I really do suggest darkening it just a bit and leaving the white where the normal shines would be.

I do like the overall effect, and excuse me if I'm taking a while commenting but I'll get to the rest! Gorgeous drawing indeed, be very proud of it!

With love,
